We aim to respond within one business day. Include your account email and, if relevant, a link to the page or feature you're asking about.

What to include

  • Bug reports: URL, what you expected, what happened, browser + OS. Screenshots help.
  • Billing: account email and a description of the issue. Don't send card numbers over email.
  • Feature requests: the use case. We prioritize by how many people ask for the same thing.
  • Data corrections: link to the item, why it's wrong, and a source for the correct value.

Status

For live platform status, check the service-status indicator in the nav bar. If a subsystem is unhealthy, it'll show there before you hear from us.
